Global equity indexes are pointing in opposite directions currently after Wall Street rebounded on Tuesday. Tesla stocks jumped 4.51% outperforming market as Tesla raised the starting price of the Model Y Long Range in China by $280, the fifth consecutive weekly price increase on a Model Y trim going back to the end of the third quarter, Meta shares rose 1.28% on Tuesday.

Forex news

The Dollar is steady currently . The live dollar index data show the ICE US Dollar index, a measure of the dollar’s strength against a basket of six rival currencies, fell 0.5% on Tuesday while data showed the Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index increased in November.

Both EUR/USD and GBP/USD accelerated their advancing yesterday while GfK survey showed consumer sentiment improved slightly in Germany. Both euro and Pound are little changed currently. USD/JPY accelerated its sliding on Tuesday while AUD/USD accelerated its climbing with the yen higher against the Greenback currently and Australian dollar lower.

Stock Market news

Futures on three main US stock indexes are up currently as the yield on benchmark 10-year US notes edged down to 4.292% currently. Stock indexes ended higher on Tuesday with three main stock benchmarks recording daily gains in a range from 0.1% to 0.3% amid mixed remarks from Federal Reserve monetary policymakers.

European stock indexes are mixed currently after closing marginally lower on Tuesday. Asian indexes futures are mixed today with Australia’s All Ordinaries ASX 200 Index leading gains after data showed that consumer price index inflation in Australia fell more than expected in October.

Commodity Market news

Brent is flat currently. Brent ended up about 2% on Tuesday ahead of American Petroleum Institute report later in the day US crude inventories fell by 817 thousand barrels last week. The Energy Information Administration will release its US inventory data at 16:30 CET today. The US oil benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) rose 2.1% and is steady today. Brent gained 2.1% to $81.68 a barrel.

Gold prices are little changed currently . Spot gold surged 1.3% to $2040.71 an ounce on Tuesday.
