The DE30 technical analysis of the price chart on 4-hour timeframe shows DE30, H4 is rising above the 200-period moving average MA(200) after returning above MA(200) two weeks ago. We believe the bullish momentum will continue after the price breaches above the upper boundary of Donchian channel at 23396.22. A level above this can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to buy. The stop loss can be placed below 22849.40 After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal low, following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level (22849.40) without reaching the order (23396.22), we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.

Germany’s recent economic reports were positive. Will the DE30 rebound continue?
Latest economic data from Germany were positive on balance: German private sector business activity avoided contraction and factory orders rose more than expected. Thus, S&P Global upgraded Germany's Composite PMI: the Composite PMI was revised higher to 50.1 in April from a preliminary reading of 49.7. Readings above 50.0 indicate sector expansion, below indicate contraction. In the previous three months of the year German business activity grew. Meanwhile, the federal statistics office Destatis reported new orders in manufacturing were up 3.6% over month in March after no change in previous month when a 1.4% increase was expected. Stronger than expected German economic data are bullish for DE30 index price.
