Rough Rice Chart Analysis
Rough Rice Technical Analysis
On the daily timeframe, RICE: D1 moved up out of the triangle. A number of technical analysis indicators have formed signals for further growth. We do not rule out a bullish move if RICE rises above the last high: 13.7. This level can be used as an entry point. The stop loss can be placed below the Parabolic signal, the last lower fractal, the 200-day moving average line and the lower Bollinger line: 12.9. After opening a pending order, we move the stop to the next fractal low following the Bollinger and Parabolic signals. Thus, we change the potential profit / loss ratio in our favor. The most cautious traders, after making a deal, can go to the four-hour chart and set a stop-loss, moving it in the direction of movement. If the price overcomes the stop level (12.9) without activating the order (13.7), it is recommended to delete the order: there are internal changes in the market that were not taken into account.
Fundamental Analysis of Commodities - Rough Rice
China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has recommended reducing the use of corn and soybeans in pig and poultry combo feeds by replacing them with rice and rice bran. Will RICE quotes grow?
For use as feed for pigs and poultry, China imports 175 million tons of corn and 100 million tons of soybeans annually. Due to the strong growth of quotations for grain and soybeans, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture recommends replacing it partially with rice, rice bran, as well as cassava, barley and sorghum. At the initial stage, it is planned to replace about 15%. An additional positive factor for rice quotes may be the forecast of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) of a decline in rice production in Burma, Taiwan and Indonesia by 500 thousand tons this year.
